Good Service

The goods arrived fast and in good condition, so I was very pleased with that. As the items had been discontinued by the manufacturer, it was good to be able to replace the dishes broken by my grandchild. However, I had to pay Norwegian VAT at a rate of 25% on the price, in addition to a customs handling fee here in Norway (in NOK) of approximately 15 GBP, so it was a somewhat costly experience in total.
