It is not possible to be communicate with Chinasearch. Did not respond to my emails. I did not received my order, because someone make mistake and write value of this two pieces china multiply 100 times and Canadian CBSA charge me $155.85 CDN duty. I refuse to pay, asking Canada Post to return to CBSA for additional revue of charges. That was happened at July 11, 2019. I send email to sender to, but since that no respond. I send all evidence to CBSA too, but I did not know where is my package now. Chinasearch refund me for my order, but I still want buy this two pieces, problem is I did not know if my first order will be still delivered to me or not. If I know order was returned to sender, I will be place order again, but I did not know and I don't want double order to delivered to me. In that situation their service was terrible, because no communication between us.

We are really sorry that there have been problems with your order passing through customs, it must be dreadful to receive an incorrect customs bill. Thank you for refusing to accept the goods they have now been returned to us and your order refunded. Our IT department are looking into why our customer service emails didn't reach you, and we have put a note on our records to telephone you in future if there any issues with your new order - hopefully there will not be.
