First class service and communication

Really good to deal with. Communication was great throughout the transaction and the goods arrived extremely quickly. Unfortunately, I made an error in measuring the bowls and needed to return them (my own fault entirely), and although the return was at my own cost, once again communication was excellent. A refund was issued as soon as the goods were received (and presumably checked). Can't fault the service at all; a pleasure to deal with.
