Last year I asked if they could find the mixing bowl to match my set of Wedgwood dinnerware. They said they would keep an eye out for it. Well, they found one and it is in excellent condition! Notified me, I sent the payment, and awhile later it arrived in my US mail, perfect condition. The product and customer service is EXCELLENT. It's always nice when a company remembers a request!
