Having requested a particular plate ages ago, I was telephoned to say one had come in. If it hadn't been for the fact that I'd happened to count the china at Christmas I would have totally forgotten that not only was I down one but that I'd requested one. Brillilant service. Plate arrived safely, as always, and I'm complete again. So many thanks to all sections who dealt with this back order.
