Chinasearch brilliant. Parcel Force Useless

I had notified chinasearch that I required some plates. I had an email and telephone call that they had some in and they were dispatched very quickly. I was given a two Hour slot by parcel force which was pure fiction. I waited In all day and got the parcel. Five hours later. No apology from parcel force. No notifications that they had been delayed. I contacted and they refunded my postage which was very generous and unnecessary. I can not recommend chinasearch enough but wish they would change their carrier.
