Excellent, clear understandable English speaking over the phone, very helpful and delivered "on time". wonderful condition. Almost better than my originals, (which have only been used four times, hand washed by only me, in 33 years, and still in the original wrapping plastic bags. All I need now is three tea cup saucers.
