Fantastic service, much better than I would have hoped for

In June this year I had asked for a particular China pattern that's very old and the items were not available. In October, I received a message to say that the items I was looking for had become available. That was a nice surprise. I didn't think the items would become available that soon and that I would be contacted to let me know. This is because in the past I had asked another company and never heard from them. It's great to have found the China, which I'm taking to Argentina later this month. From there it will go to Chile, where the pieces are needed. Thank you.
