The China arrived promptly on both occasions and was very well packaged and protected. I apparently made an error in my order because I wanted three saucers but only received one, however a quick call to Chinasearch resulted in the rapid delivery of the other two and they even waived the delivery charge, which really was helpful. I am a thoroughly satisfied customer!
