Commendable customer service.

I was delighted to receive a telephone call regarding my request to have the plate I ordered on a specific day. We were away for a long weekend which was followed by another two days away mid-week. I explained the problem and was delighted to receive my plate on the day I requested. I am very impressed with your customer service.
