Excellent service. Poor delivery by Parcelforce.

Mel was extremely helpful on a number of issues that I had and lastly to help with the delivery as it was a bit mixed up. Very happy with my china. Very good condition. Well packaged. Excellent service. My only criticism is actually Parcelforce who didn’t deliver when I specified and I stayed in all day. In the end I collected from the depot which was out of my way considerably. I would suggest you look to an alternative delivery company.
