I thought that the service was generally good however the lid does not fit on the top of the teapot very well. When pouring from the pot you have to hold on to the top as it is very loose and will easily fall out. The lid outer diameter is 55mm and the pots inner diameter is 65mm on my old teapot it is 60mm and 65mm.

We have now recieved the teapot back here and can see that the lid is not a good fit. We have now sent out a replacement and hope this is better for you.
