Item I wanted was not there

I ordered and paid for an item from the web site and was informed a day later that a mistake had been made and the item was not in stock. The customer representative was very apologetic and offered to substitute another item for the unavailable one. However, I remained disappointed that my original choice was not there. That being said, the second item I ordered showed up on time and in great condition.
