Good Service

Definitely I would recommend Chinasearch and the support I received from Kaye Hughes. My concerns are really with the website. If you are ordering china from outside the UK for delivery in the UK and you are a returning customer, the website does not allow you to enter the delivery in the UK but automatically requires delivery where you placed the order (Canada in my case). I had to get around this by not identifying myself as a returning customer - for some reason this worked better. The other concern about the website is that there is not enough information about the delivery process as it seems signature on delivery is required unless you specifically opt out of this. If I have overlooked this information, I would suggest it be highlighted as I would have been quite happy to have the china left at the back of the house, instead of trying to coordinate someone to be available to sign.
