Very good service. Packaging seemed very excessive to me. (Perhaps enormous boxes are the only way to mail china?) That's the reason for 4, not 5, stars. I waited a long time for my saucers to become available but I was very happy that Chinasearch had not forgotten me and got in touch when they came in.
