Good service but misinformation about delivery time

Everything was fine - we found the items we wanted in stock, the order was placed efficiently and arrived quickly. I was pleased that you used newspaper to pack it rather than those horrible polystyrene bits. Only one thing: you sent an e-mail first thing in the morning saying that the plates would be with us between 5:30 and 6:30 pm. At 11:14 I got a text from Parcelforce saying that they would deliver between 11:44 and 12:44 so I had to rush home; fortunately I got there in time.
