Mel was exceptionally helpful. I had already purchased a couple of items and was not sure about the condition of further items I was considering buying. Mel actually took the trouble to check the china for me assessing their condition and i was reassured by this. She also confirmed that I would get a refund if I was not happy on receipt of the china .
