Helpful and prompt service

I was disappointed when I received the item as it was never mentioned that it was the cup only, when China search phoned to ask if I was still looking for the item. I never saw a photo as it was all done with a phone call from yourselves. So when it arrived without a saucer I felt I had paid slightly over the odds for the purchase being just the cup, and I will now have to purchase a saucer and will also have the extra cost of shipping and handeling before I can use it. I can see now I wrongly assumed it came with the saucer. An annoying disappointment to say the least.
