Good Service

I have rated the service four stars as the article corresponded to the description and the packing and delivery were also very good. The reason for my not giving five stars is that the cover/lid of the dish doesn't really seem to fit properly - it woobles ! I have another identical dish I bought many, many years ago in London, and my dish is a close fit and doesn't seem to have this problem ! Also your dish although apparently the same size : no.21 size 2, is a wee bit bigger - perhaps another production line created this discrepancy between sizes and covers/lids ? Otherwise everything was perfect and I congratulate you on your efficient service.
