I have bought from Chinasearch before and was impressed with the speed that they delivered the china and I thought the office was very efficient when I spoke to them first of all. What was not so good was that they sent me two plates, which were the same apart from one plate being not so bright as the other. I also thought the teapot lid was not such a good fit as the previous teapot I had - the current lid moves around more, but apart from that all was fine.

Thank you for your feedback. As this is a fairly old hand painted pattern there can sometimes be variations in depth of colour if they have been made at different times. Please let us know if you are not happy to keep any of the items we sent you.
