Firstly they had the exact item that I needed. The online purchase was very easy and l was pleased to be kept informed and reassured by email of the progress of my order . Packaging was excellent - I was nervous especially as it was taken in by my neighbour. I thought the floral tissue as the final wrapping was a very nice touch. Quality of the item was first class.
