Very satisfied customer

Having dropped our 14 year old pepper pot ( Denby Greenwich) I just thought we'd call at Denby and get a replacement only to discover they stopped making them 12 years ago. They gave me the contact for Chinasearch and 3/4 days later our set was complete again. Although it was only rated as good condition we were delighted as it was just like new, actually made the salt pot look like a poor relation. The website was really simple to navigate, order and payment easy and delivery was really quick. We were really happy from start to finish.
