Product, whilst acceptable was costly and not so delicately painted as the previous one. Colour was more intensive. Delivery was prompt and information about order readily available

Thank you for your feedback. Depth of colour can sometimes in patterns that have been produced over a long period of time. Please let me know if you are not happy to Keep the mug.

The mug is already in use, thank you. I don't think replacing it would guarantee a matching depth of colour with existing set.
