Excellent prompt service and good as new china.

Just before Christmas we smashed three of our Royal Dolton 'Rondelay' dinner plates and a breakfast bowl. We married in 1973 and had collected this china before and after that date. It is very tough and we have had few breakages, but this was a major event and all at the same time. I have used Chinasearch before and again we were so pleased when the box promptly arrived carefully packed, no breakages and with china that looked perfect. I must add that we did look at another company online with cheaper prices but after failing to log in to their website and trying to get a response by email the owner's reply was 'Hi OK I will get into the website people to find the problem'. He never got back to me or offered to help in any other way. This clinched it for us and we put our order in to Chinasearch immediately. We were informed of the despatch and delivery dates and the crisis at Christmas was averted. I rate the service as excellent.
