The service was excellent, the web-site and sales staff on the telephone customer friendly and efficient. I experienced a web payment cliche caused by my anti-virus programme which resulted in a telephone call to clarify issues. All resolved quickly and efficiently.
Adams Old Colonial Teapot
An extra teapot for our B&B. Like most teapots the slightest drips from the spout. My only regret with online shopping is that you cannot personally test with water as possible in a shop or other mainstreet outlet.
