The parcel was sent promptly. The goods arrived in a perfect state. The only problem was that I was not notified of their arrival, nor where I could collect them. I had to phone Chinasearch several times to get the name of the delivering company, then phone these in Nice in order to get the name and address of the café where my parcel was waiting. It turned out that the parcel had been there for a week, but as I was not warned, I could not do anything. I suggest that you include the name and the telephone number of the delivering company so your customers know where to enquire. Thanks, anyway. I am quite happy with what I have received.
