Particularly good service

I had ordered a number of items from the same range of china. When they checked the items in their warehouse they discovered that one of them was faulty and they couldn’t offer me a replacement. They telephoned me straight away to tell me this and asked me whether I wanted to cancel the order or take the rest of the items - I chose to take the other items anyway.
