Generally very good but not always regular customer friendly.

Chinasearch is very good, if not a little expensive. I am looking for a certain pattern, and have bought quite a lot already - so when one plate came in that I wanted, I thought it unreasonable to have to pay the full P&P rate, which is what I was told I had to, and it was half the price of the plate. So I missed that plate.
