Excellent service over many years

Items purchased had been on a "wish list" for a very long time. During this time Chinasearch continued to check if they were still wanted. When the items became available , they phoned me, and held the numbers I thought needed, on reserve, until I was able to check and confirm how many were needed. The Royal Doulton Sarabande pattern was chosen for our Wedding present list when we married, and we celebrate our 40th Anniversary in a couple of weeks, so we have been adding items to our original pieces for 40 years. These bowls were the final numbers to complete our 12 place setting dinner service which includes many serving dishes, platters, etc, and a full 12 piece tea set and coffee set. We could not have achieved this without Chinasearch, as the pattern has been discontinued for many years. All pieces we have sourced from Chinasearch have been in excellent condition, and Chinasearch have an efficient way for grading condition.We are now hoping to replace, with Chinasearch's help, some missing items for an inherited Noritake Dinner service. I have no hesitation in recommending Chinasearch due to the excellent helpful and professional service they provide.
