This and previous experience is good. One bad point was that I was not able to order two saucers in one order (one good and one excellent condition) and basically had to pay for post plus packing twice for two saucers, not to mention the very good but expensive packing. Maybe it could be done but it wasn't obvious o the website and the orders were not recognised by the packers as going to the same place.
