As they had our name on file for buying Royal Doulton 'Carnation' china from them before, we received a postcard to say they had some more in stock. We checked on their website, found some pieces which we wished to purchase, and sent the order to them, paid, and then arranged to collect the pieces from their warehouse. On going to make the collection, was offered tea, or coffee, whilst they collected the order.
