A very efficient and valued service.

Really excellent service ! Some years ago I asked them about 2 patterns I was looking for, and they found pieces of both. I asked them if they would let me know if / when other pieces became available, and they have done just that. They clearly have a very efficient system in place, and the staff I have dealt with have always been both very pleasant and very helpful. The pieces I have bought have been just as described, and arrived promptly. It is very satisfying when broken pieces from a much-loved (and used) set can be replaced.
