Products & service all good, packing materials need review

Good quality products in very good condition as described and delivered quickly. Products were thoroughly packed and arrived undamaged but deducted 1 star for poor packing materials; cardboard box wasn't strong enough and arrived dented and using shredded paper for packing is so annoying as it makes such a mess to get rid of!
