My order was dealt with promptly. I did ring after placing my order with a query and had another item added without any problem. I am happy to keep the not-so-perfect bowl as I neededicated my total of six at the weekend!

One item is definitely more worn than the other so slightly disappointed but pleased to have found replacements to my set at a reasonable cost.
