Excellent Service

I put in my request for a particular cup quite a few months ago and was beginning to think that I would never be able to replace it. Then out of the blue I got an email saying that they had one and all very quickly and easily it was posted out to me. I was very impressed and relieved as this cup was part of a set which my mum had left me and it had been broken when I brought it home to New Zealand from England back in October. It took them six months but I got it.
