A negative that turned out to be a positive.

They called me as soon as they had any Dune Lines available and the order was simple and delivery prompt. The packing was excellent so now breakages. However, as I did the order over the phone I thought I was buying 6 side/tea plates of the size discussed as I wanted to make up my set to 12 from the 6 I already had. When I unpacked the items I saw that although the same size these were salad plates which were shallow bowls rather than flatter plates. Unfortunately the names for Dune Lines are often very similar, as well as their sizes, so I probably needed a picture and / or full description as well as the size. So these bowls were unexpected but I am keeping the items as I do like them and they will be used a great deal I am sure. So this is a negative that turned out to be positive.
