Easy, swift, condition as expected.

Very easy to order and response to queries was swift. I had to email for confirmation when the china was ready to collect as I had not had that information sent through; I had understood that it was in stock on the day I ordered. However, it was very easy to pick up, service is first class and we found one or two extra items which , as "red list" items had not been shown on the web. This was a pleasant surprise.
