The service is prompt and packaging is very good. I would appreciate a little more guidance on how best to find as much of the china I am looking for, and what is the most economical way of requesting a certain batch quantity - it's not always made clear.
If there are any items which we don't have in stock, choose the 'search for me' option and then enter your contact details in the basket. This is a free service, no payment is taken, we will then get in touch when we find the item. Any problems please do give our customer service team a call.
The plate had a raised bump in the middle which had obviously more scratches on it (mine dont).
