Brilliant service, poor order tracking.

I was very impressed with your service. A lady phoned me to say there were two of the items I wanted. I said no on the day but later decided to buy them. I ordered via your website and they arrived very safely packed. Thank you. The only reason I have given four stars not five is I could not follow my order on your web site and as I never got an e-mail confirmation of order or dispatch, I was a little concerned until the items arrived.
