Brilliant customer service when something went a bit wrong - 10 stars

first of all the plates were delivered to the wrong address- which may well have been my fault but then I paid extra to have them re-delivered and one was broken because there was hardly any packaging between the two plates - by then I just could not be bothered to send the broken plate back so that's that!
