Excellent service all round

Excellent service! Have managed to source a bowl from my 15 year old dinner set that needed replacing. Very easy to deal with. Such a clever concept that really works! I registered my interest in a particular bowl a while ago and then out of the blue received an email to say it was in stock! I ordered immediately online and the bowl arrived in a ,after of days well packaged. 100% would recommend if you need to find an item of crockery which is hard to find!
