No customer service

Pleased with what I purchased this time, but not happy with a previous purchases of a Daybreak oval roaster dish £32. Due to a stay in hospital, I was unable to open the parcel for a while. When I did, the dish was cracked right through,Couldn't be used of course. I contacted China search. But they refused to exchange or refund.
