I contacted Chinasearch about 10 years ago, looking for some replacements for a china set that was no longer being manufactured. They didn't have them at that time but said would contact me whenever the items became available, which they finally did a couple of months ago. I placed my order, which was promptly sent to me and now this china set is complete again. Items were in perfect condition. I am very pleased with their service.
