The lady I spoke to on the phone, when she rang me (despite the fact that I thought we'd been taken off the list for not buying anything for years!) was extremely helpful, worked around what I was saying to find us the very best option, and made clear exactly what was on offer.

Because they're in perfect condition: I was told a little scratched, but not as scratched as the ones we've already possessed for about 30 years! And, oddly, they are nearer the original colour than the ones we had (we built our set up gradually, and these were some of the last) - a brighter red. I love them!
