How good to be able to replace broken items from my dinner service

Excellent service. The items I ordered were as expected, well packed and arrived with in the time expected. This company is an example of "From small acorns big oak trees will grow" well done for developing an excellent service. How good to have my 33 year old dinner and tea service complete again. Although I'd suggest dropping the salutation "Hi" it is not professional, over familiar and lowers the tone.
