I noticed my information was incorrect, namely my address was not right...I phoned your company stating this and asked for the information to be corrected...I was assured that the correction had been made.my email on the day of delivery had not shown the correction..my parcel was delivered to no.1 not my number, 5.i was very angry, but I left a note at no 1 and fortunately the home owner brought my parcel to me..no point phoning to correct an error, be assured the correction had been made, to find out what a complete waste of time my phone call was..
