The Lady (Kay) I dealt with was most helpful on the telephone and extremely efficient with regards to ringing me back when promised etc. Also the china arrived literally within a few days. I would definitely be happy to deal with your company any time in the future. I had been on a "wait list" for this particular piece of china for a very long time and clearly I had been kept me on this list so am very impressed with the service overall thanks.
