Professional staff on the phone. Due to sending dinner plates abroad we had an issue getting the address right. But staff were very helpful and checked the address with me by email which I thought was very good. Plates arrived quickly and well packed. It was expensive, but the plates were not being made again so the recipient was delighted I found them.
