Easy website to negotiate and make a purchase. Kept informed about progress of the order and, when it arrived, the condition was excellent. Full marks all round. I hope I don't break any more of my china but it is good to know that it can be replaced!

The china was classed as in 'good' condition on the website. In actual fact it was perfect. The Wayside design china has been out of production for many years so I was devastated to break a piece of my set so to find this site and be able to replace it was wonderful.
