A message was left on my answerphone which advised that my request could be fulfilled, the costs and the time in which I had to confirm my intention to purchase. When I returned the call the person was not available but her colleague was able to deal with my order efficiently.

The two plates (which I had on order if they came in) completed my dinner service. They were in good condition and had been well wrapped to avoid damage in transit.
